We collect only the personal data you voluntarily provide:

Newsletter subscription (via MailerLite):

  • Name (optional)

Contact form:

  • Name (required)

  • Email address (required)

  • Company (optional)

  • Message (required)

When you submit either form, MailerLite or our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as your IP address, timestamp, and basic browser information for security and consent verification.

2. Why we collect it

We use your data solely to:

  • Send you our newsletter, which may include product updates and news about the TraffIQ platform, as well as occasional promotional content (e.g., discounts, special offers, partner promotions related to the TraffIQ platform)

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide support (for contact form submissions)

  • Manage your subscription or communication preferences (e.g., confirm opt-in, process unsubscribe requests)

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Promotional content is sent only by us, via the same newsletter channel.

3. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your data based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing via the link in every email or by contacting us.

4. Data retention

  • Newsletter: We retain your subscription data for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we delete your email address from our active mailing list.

  • Contact form: We retain your contact form data for 12 months or as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, unless you request earlier deletion.

MailerLite may retain minimal records (e.g., IP, timestamp) as proof of consent or for legal obligations.

5. Third-party processors

Your data is processed by MailerLite Limited (88 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2, Ireland), which acts as our data processor under a GDPR-compliant Data Processing Addendum (DPA). MailerLite stores data on EU servers.

Our hosting provider, Netlify, may also process limited technical data for security and performance.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR and Swiss data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your data

  • Restrict or object to processing

  • Data portability

  • Withdraw consent at any time
